Warranty and Returns Information

All products sold on this site are consumable products, with their lifespan determined by the manufacturer.   We warrant all cartridges to perform as per their specification or a period of twelve months whichever is LESS.   If you have a problem with a filter purchased from us, please do not hesitate to drop us an email or give us a call and we'll investigate the issue immediately.

Whilst we are aware some customers buy several cartridges at a time and store them for future use, we regret we are unable to look into warranty issues for items which are older than twelve months.   

Our standard returns policy complains with the UK Distance Selling Regulations in that you may return any product ordered for any reason within fourteen days of delivery for a full refund, providing the item is unused in resellable condition.   We reserve the right to deduct outward carriage charges from DSR returns, and the customer is responsible for ensuring the safe delivery of the item back to us.    In the event a product is delivered faulty, damaged or broken we will issue a freepost returns label, and we'll either refund the cost of the product including carriage charges in full or send a replacement item depending on the customers preference.

In all cases if we claim a product is compatible or will fit your system and it appears not to be the case we will refund ALL charges associated with your transaction, including carriage.
