The Pozzani GS10J series cartridge is one of the most popular compatible fridge filters in the UK. It was the first of the generic compatible cartridges bought into the UK, specially tailored, labelled and marketted to the fridge filter industry and with many thousands of happy customers using it regularly we have continued to develop and refine the filter, ensuring customers always receive the best value for money!
The LG BL9808 series fits older refrigerators made by LG where the cartridge fits behind the refrigerator - a sausage shaped filter with 1/4" outside diameter tubing running into either end. If your LG fridge uses a filter of this type, then this will serve as a direct replacement.

The media within the cartridge is similar to the manufacturers original cartridge - Granular Activated Carbon, basically designed to remove Chlorine, sediment and dissolved organics.
Cartridge life is 6 months or 2500 litres, whichever comes first. All customers will receive a free, no obligation postal reminder around the time the cartridge is due for replacment (these will tie in roughly with your fridge renewal light).
