The original LG LT500P - a difficult cartridge to source in the UK at competative rates, however, we do keep a constant supply of these to hand for customers, who still prefer to choose an original product over the compatible version that we now also supply (please click the LG section above for details).
Manufactured by Cuno, this cartridge should replace any LG cartridge which fits inside the fridge itself (i.e. you have to open the door to install the cartridge), which importantly is shaped roughly like the image shown. If your cartridge is a much longer thinner filter that goes inside the fridge it is likely it is the LT600P, which is very rare in the UK, but we do carry limited stocks if required.
The LT500P is also known as LG 5231JA2002A, and removes chlorine, dissolved organics and sediment from the water, via carbon block technology.
Cartridge life is 6 months or 2500 litres, whichever comes first. All customers will receive a free, no obligation postal reminder around the time the cartridge is due for replacment (these will tie in roughly with your fridge renewal light).
